# Nanabase

> Nanabase is a shared contact directory for companies. Each person keeps a private contact list, and the contacts they share with the company stay with the company when they leave. Made by BRBR Group LLC (Sheridan, Wyoming, USA).

Nanabase is not a CRM (it does not track deals or pipeline and works alongside one) and not a social network (it holds the contacts a team actually has: email, phone and who on the team added them). Web app available now; nbTap for iPhone is available on the App Store; Android is planned.

## Key facts
- Shared company directory; every contact shows which teammates added it.
- Private list for each person, not visible to the company or its admins (up to 1,000 contacts, free).
- When someone leaves, contacts they shared stay in the directory (marked as added by a former member); their private contacts go with them.
- Admin review of shared contacts is on by default.
- Search by name, company, role and tag; Cmd/Ctrl+K in the app.
- Join by verified work email domain; admins can require approval and invite by email. Roles: Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer.
- Import: CSV, vCard (up to 5 MB per file). Personal data export. Account deletion at any time.
- Emails, phone numbers and notes are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored. The key is protected by Google Cloud KMS.
- Your company owns its contacts. Nanabase stores them only to run your workspace. Export your data or delete your account at any time. Sign in with Google or an emailed link.
- Not available today: SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification, two-factor sign-in, import from Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 (coming soon), automatic warm introductions.

## Pricing (USD)
- Free: $0, up to 20 members and 1,000 company contacts.
- Company: $149 per month, up to 100 members and 10,000 company contacts.
- Enterprise: custom, 100+ members.
- Personal use: free, up to 1,000 private contacts.
