• Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice for existing subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

7. Intellectual Property

The Nanabase platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BRBR Group LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanabase and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
