Activity and Notifications
The Nanabase activity feed shows who shared, approved, imported or invited, grouped by day. Notifications tell you when something needs your attention.
Activity feed#
The activity feed is a plain-language record of what happened, grouped by day. Repeated actions fold into one line. It is part of every plan.
Open it from Activity Feed in the sidebar. The page is called Activities.
Who sees what#
| Feed | What it shows | |------|---------------| | Personal (no company selected) | Your own actions | | Company, as owner or admin | Everything that happened in the company | | Company, as member or viewer | Your own actions in the company |
What it records#
- Contacts added, edited, deleted, merged and shared
- Shared contacts approved, edited, merged or rejected in review
- Imports
- Invitations, join requests, role changes and removed members
- Changes to the company
Tabs and filters#
- Tabs: All, Requests, Shares and Members.
- Owners and admins can also filter by Everyone, Only me or Others, and click Mark all as read.
Notifications#
The bell at the top of the app shows your latest notifications. The Notifications page lists them all, with Mark all as read and filters by type.
You get a notification when, for example:
- You are invited to a company, or your role changes.
- Someone asks to join your company (owners and admins).
- A member joins or is removed.
- A contact you shared is approved, rejected or merged.
- A contact is shared for review (owners and admins, when the owner turned this on).
- An import finishes or fails.
- Someone answers your invitation to keep their details up to date. See Live profiles.
Email#
Nanabase also sends email for things like invitations, sign-in links, new sign-ins on your account and billing. Security and billing emails always arrive. Other emails have an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
There is no page for notification settings today. Nanabase sends only the notifications it needs to.
